Trimdon House Lodge

Trimdon House Lodge was a large-scale project covering approximately 5.5 million square feet. We were instructed by Ameresco Inc to conduct a topographical and utility survey of the entire area.

Given the scale and complexity, a key priority was delivering high-quality data within a tight programme without compromising on accuracy. We demonstrated our approach early through a clear methodology, the ability to deploy multiple survey teams simultaneously, and competitive pricing.

Despite the size of the area, we completed fieldwork within an accelerated timeframe, significantly reducing potential delays to the wider project programme.

All data was processed, checked and delivered with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring it was available immediately for design and planning purposes.
